Russ Capper is known as an early pioneer in online real estate. In 1998, he founded eRealty.com, a real estate brokerage built from the ground up to be fully integrated with the Internet. In 2004, Prudential Real Estate acquired eRealty and today, Capper is President of Prudential Real Estate Services Company. He talks with InmanTV about today’s environment for young entrepreneurs and how social media fits and doesn’t fit with real estate models.
